Laboratory studies with animals show hawthorn contains antioxidants which can destroy free radicals.   Free radicals are found naturally in our bodies and as we age they increase, and can damage cell membranes, kill our body's cells, and tamper with our DNA. Antioxidants are responsible for destroying free radical s and are thought to reduce the health problems associated with aging. By adding on-cycle support to your stack, you can reduce the damages caused by free radicals in your body while supporting your liver and blood pressure.

Well when using pro hormones and other products like it. It is for muscle gain and weight benefits. From taking products like these is great while working out everyday. First time I took something similar i seen weight lost… muscle gain/lean . But don’t take after 4 weeks. If your a rookie to the test. The longest i have taken anything like it. Was 5 weeks .I also take milk thisel 1 cap every few days. This is my experience. I’ve been 290 pounds with 22 percent body fat. To . I’ve used different pro hormones. And seen a crazy change in my body from head to toe. After 2 weeks you see a change. also was working out at the gym for 1 hour day or at home 6 days a week. Now trying another product like this. And can wait . See what I can complete the end of my 4 weeks. I stopped working out for long time. So it will be exciting!!!

Mike how would go about using a planned caloric intake instead of basing everything on grams per lb of BW. I have done many diets and it seems that I always stay the same no matter what my training protocol is. I have done IIFYM and Carb-Backloading and nothing. I am 6’5 230lbs. I am in pretty good shape except for the pudge around by am very lean I mean veins in my thighs, chest, shoulder, and calves. I have always wanted to be more shredded (not stage shredded) but never could achieve it, could just be genetics. I want to give this carb-cycling a go but don’t know where to start. Right now i am going off of a 3000 cal diet with ~300 protein, ~230 carbs, and ~100g fat. I never know what calories to go by because I bust ass in the gym when I am in there. I was curious if you could point me in the right direction.

Hi, I just bought your book, and I’m very excited to get started. I’ve always wanted to be in “good shape,” lean and tone, but have never been able to get rid of jiggle. I’m curvy at 5’3″ and 132 pounds, and getting rid of fat in place of muscle is what I’m looking to do. I’ve always tried to remain active, even when I can’t go to the gym on a regular basis. For the past few weeks I’ve been working out twice a day, with heavy cardio and mild weight training in the morning, and interval circuit training in the evening while also doing a heavy HEAVY cut back on calories. I lost weight in my first week, but after that, it kind of just stuck near 132 and hovered. I’m much more concerned with my appearance than the number on the scale (though that doesn’t hurt either). I’m a little nervous that going from eating so few calories to what you recommend might cause a temporary fat gain. Also, I have a very busy schedule, but I make the time to make my own lunches and snacks to bring to work so that I can stay on track with whatever program I’m doing. Is there a meal plan provided in the book or just guidance tips to create your own? The book comes tomorrow, but I’m excited to get started and want to make sure I have all the tools I need to do so.
